Description
NC 3600 is a single pack pigmented topcoat. NC 3600 pigmented topcoat is applied on NC 3500 pigmented undercoat. NC 3600 provides excellent flow, build and opacity. NC 3600 pigmented topcoat gives a silky smooth finishes. NC 3600 is for interior use only.
